The house from the yard. It is recently re-rendered. It is attached to a barn conversion. The drive is about 33 yards long and so it is a lovely quiet location but close to the Brighouse/Denholme Road. Deep Lane is just after the Kelham Hall farmshop which is very popular and handy for everday food and specialities.
The barn is 35' x 25' and 6 years old. The stables are wooden and 7 years old.
The land is a mixture of paddock for grazing, fields for cutting, garden areas and trees. There is a pond and natural springs.
